Jeffrey is a proud resident of Coconut Creek. He was a teacher for eight years before being promoted to Academic Specialist at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. He currently serves as an Assistant Principal at the largest high school in Florida, Cypress Bay High School.

Jeffrey is an active member of his professional community as he serves on the board for the Broward Principal's and Assistant's Association. He intends to use his leadership experience to continue to foster a close relationship with the Broward County School Board, law enforcement, and community members to ensure that school safety and student mental health are at the forefront of all decision making.

When dealing with Monarch Hill, he wants to focus on limiting what waste is brought into the landfill by only accepting construction and landscaping debris. He has accepted no contributions from Waste Management or any other subsidiary related to the corporation.

In addition to focusing on our students, Jeffrey wants to collaborate with prospective and local businesses to encourage young families to invest, work, and play in Coconut Creek. He also wants to focus on increasing community awareness of the Coconut Creek Living Green initiative.

Jeffrey is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelors in History and a Masters in Educational Leadership. Jeffrey is married to his beautiful wife, Kristin. They have two dogs named Lucy and Pearl.
